Roles and Responsibilities

  • Software/Hardware Troubleshooting:
    • Providing comprehensive end-to-end internal IT support
    • Assist in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues for internal team members.
    • Provide technical support for computer systems, network issues, and other related technology.
    • Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests through effective problem-solving and communication.
    • Assist in all email,domain related issues and closely follow up with the India IT Team. Monitor Curlec website and issues related to it with the India Team.
    • IT Onboarding:
      • Collaborate with Razorpay team in India and assist in the IT onboarding process for new employees, including installing necessary software and providing initial training.
      • Device Management:
        • Assets management including computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment.
        • Perform regular maintenance and updates to devices to ensure optimal performance.
        • Ad Hoc Task :
          • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Qualification

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Familiarity in utilizing and troubleshooting MacBook devices and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
