Record and maintain confidential records and student files 3. Demonstrate a work ethic that reflects the mission and vision statement of the school 4. Act as the school receptionist by greeting visitors coming to the school and answering and forwarding telephone calls. 5. Answer questions from and act as liaison between the principal and other employees, students and parents. 6. Compose routine correspondence. 7. Handle general office typing. 8. Identify and prioritize critical activities and manage work schedule to accomplish tasks. 9. Proof read written correspondence for errors or omissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, neatness and professionalism. 10. Ensure all details of a task are completed. 11. Communicate and relay information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to the Principal and other staff members. 12. Manage Principal’s calendar by making appointments and organizing various meetings as requested. 13. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other school staff members, and contribute to a general Team well-being. 14. Research, compile and prepare administrative and clerical reports, presentations and documents using MS Word, Powerpoint or Excel. 15. Establish new routines and procedures within prescribed limits, and develop recommendations regarding other changes as necessary. 16. Assist with organizing various school functions and events. 17. Assist with preparing, correlating and monitoring requisitions and signatures for procurement and ISS purchases. 18. Assist teachers and coordinate maintenance requests with the Principal and the Operations Manager. 19. Assist with admissions related questions and procedures from prospective new parents. 20. Conduct tours of the campus to visiting new families. 21. Adjust work schedule assignments to meet changing work priorities. 22. Assist in all emergency drills or actual events. 23. Complete other duties as assigned by the Principal.
