Job Summary:

That’s why we’re seeking for a qualified Business Development Executive to discover and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the company’s first point of contact for potential customers, you will drive a successful pre-sales experience starting with understanding of sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, understanding business needs and qualifying opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new businesses opportunities through conducting research on target clients, cold calling or cold email outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies for generating leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, digital marketing, and partnerships.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM, including progress made, follow-up activities, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create scalable demand generation campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of identified opportunities into the sales pipeline and assist in closing deals when necessary.
  • Attend conferences and other events to build relationships with prospects.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably with B2B and Technology experience.
  • Articulate English with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style is essential. Additional language skills are an asset.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection and apply feedback immediately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment.
