Petal Ads has been recognized by many global well-know and mobile-first companies, including e-commerce, gaming, travel, entertainment, finance verticals. Now it is expending the Sales & Optimization team in APAC.

Ads solution team is dedicated team to work with Sales and Optimization teams, and aims to address the challenges and opportunities of advertisers with full marketing solution in Huawei mobile ecosystem in APAC region, including China markets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Key vertical ads revenue shared with sales team
  2. Understand business nature of one or many Key industries like Travel, lifestyle, Finance, Ecommerce, Mobile apps, and support Sales team with guide to capture opportunity efficiently, like seeking actionable insights, product and marketing strategy, business goal and challenges from partners (advertisers).
  3. Design and craft go-to-market plan and narratives in an exciting way for Sales team and advertising clients in collaborating with Petal ads in selected industry verticals
  4. Conduct research, assess the right data and insights and update ad solutions to identify key stories that will resonate with the region and local markets
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ads narrative conveyed and nuanced in the region culturally
  6. Pull together advertiser business goals with Sales team, to align on audiences to target, channels to employ, countries to activate, partner to collaborate, etc.
  7. Work with Optimization team to clearly define marketing needs, media plan and coordinate various parts of the Ad Sales organization to ensure the campaign revenue results
  8. Deliver regular updates to leadership complete with wins, challenges, and asks.
  9. Maintain client relationship and build excellent client services to direct clients and their agencies

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree or above
  2. Advanced knowledge of Marketing communication and Mobile digital advertising with both branding and mobile performance campaign management experience would be an advantage
  3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin communication would be a plus since some of scope touching China market
  4. Experience in positioning, narrative, and collateral development. Such as case studies, sales solution presentations, media plan and thought leadership that support advertiser marketing objectives.
  5. Ability to develop and implement marketing strategy and plan, coordinate with partners and carefully manage competing projects with tight deadlines.
  6. Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  7. Self-initiative, independent and be a good problem solver and team player will be a huge plus.
