Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle the spare parts application of APAC service center, divide the application in batches within the specified time according to the delivery requirements and order urgency level of different countries, and issue the packaging and delivery instructions to the back end.

2. Monitor the E2E order fulfillment status, keep close communication with the warehouse department, transportation department, planning department, and frontline, handle all kinds of abnormal issues in a timely manner, and be responsible for the delivery result and frontline satisfaction.

3. Provide spare parts business enablement training for APAC service center, including order processing process, system operations, announcements, and assist in handling customer complaints related to spare parts.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, proficient in both English and Chinese, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and proficient in using Excel and related enterprise tools:

2. Strong learning ability, proactive work, responsible, strong pressure resistance

3. Experience in customer service and order processing is preferred.
