Role Overview:

The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. This role involves managing both onshore and offshore teams, driving service excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects using appropriate frameworks. Collaborate with sponsors to manage project scope, risks, and drive profitability.

Solution Design: Collaborate with client project teams to offer expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific aspects. Ensure successful solution design and implementation.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance of team deliverables, ensuring they conform to the defined software delivery methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within a complex, global engineering or financial services organization. Proven experience in managing large-scale global programs and projects."

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.

Strong relationship management abilities with executive stakeholders.

Deep and broad experience in corporate technologies.

Expertise in managing both Solution Delivery and Application Management projects.

Experience working with nearshore/offshore delivery teams and familiarity with related methodologies, tools, and people management strategies."
