  • To be responsible for sales admin function including collection and follow up on the loan release and progressive billing payment;
  • Liaise with purchaser/ end financier & solicitor for all correspondence;
  • To monitor on loan processing, SPA signing & stamping, progressive billing, and collection;
  • Assist in customer services and coordinate with all concerned party on Vacant Possession, handing over key and documentation;
  • Attend all projects sales and marketing, new product launches, event promotions, exhibitions and deliver product briefings as assigned;
  • Attend to all customers' queries, establish contact and develop relationship with prospects in a professional and pleasant manner;
  • Monitor and track sales processes according to the stipulated milestones;
  • Update purchasers and sales information regularly into IFCA system;
  • Manage sales forms and monitor collection and ensure information in the IFCA system is always kept up to date and are accurate;
  • Participate actively in the after-sales program by liaising, calling, and interacting with purchasers, and to attend to all purchasers' enquiries and payment collection;
  • Follow up include liaising with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are completed;
  • Liaise with other team members and work with appointed property agency on sales administrative functions;
  • Prepare the sales reports, customer survey report and other related reports in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner;
  • Any other sales, marketing related, and administration duties to be assigned from time to time.
