Our company was established in 2019 and is a food trading and processing company based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The company mainly produces and exports nut products, dried fruits, edible oil and freeze-dry food items (such as bird nest, chocolate, durian and cranberry etc), and is committed to expanding its cross-border e-commerce business via online platforms in China including but not limited to Tmall, JD.com and Douyin.

Role Overview:

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products not only reach our Chinese market efficiently but also stand out in the competitive landscape of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: You will be responsible for managing all essential documents related to cross-border transactions, including contracts, orders, and shipping invoices. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations.

• Platform Relations: Engage in daily communications with major e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth product launches and maintain strong, ongoing partnerships. Your ability to navigate complex relationships will be key to our success.

• Order and Logistics Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process from start to finish. This includes tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery from Malaysia to China, and managing all logistics and customs clearance challenges. Your proactive approach will prevent delays and solve issues as they arise.

• Marketing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies. You will help enhance our product visibility and sales in the Chinese market through various digital marketing tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication skills in mandarin and English.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
