Marketing Operations includes the people, processes, technology, and data that support marketing strategies and campaigns. A Marketing Operations team oversees those components, helping marketing departments operate efficiently and cohesively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | We provide a unique platform to grow together.

  • Execute and coordinate marketing & promotional campaigns to increase customer interest and demand for products and services.
  • Have a clear overview of all projects’ timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure the implementation on a timely manner.
  • Compile and summarize the reports, presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations from a weekly, monthly, and quarterly perspective.
  • Lead and direct periodic performance audits and plan revision strategies as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with marketing & operations team to brief and analyze initiatives.
  • Arrange the marketing operational tasks ahead of expected launch dates to ensure projects are delivered within the timelines set.
  • Provides assistance and support to the Customer Relations team to resolve the issues affecting the players, providers, or promotions.
  • Establish and enforce standards operating procedures, workflow & proper documentations with the relevant department to ensure smooth marketing activities.
  • Execute the assigned tasks in the marketing operational functions covering the Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Channels Tracking System, Rewards Management System and Content Management System.
  • Full ownership of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control workflows across the marketing materials and operational setups to ensure smooth launch of any campaign, project, and task.

KEY REQUIREMENTS | Passion at the core of everything we do.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the mobile / web gaming industry – marketing or marketing operations department.
  • Possess any Digital marketing knowledge – tools, insights, platforms, or any relevant aspects.
  • Proficient level in paying attention to details and embodies an organized working style.
  • Adequate proficiency of English, Malay, and Mandarin and able to communicate clearly to the stakeholders and team members.
  • Has a sensible time-management value to always plan the tasks assigned for execution and a clear overview of dependencies as well as its’ impact.
  • Open to re-assignment of tasks/responsibilities and has a good sense of accountability.
