- - Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the companyĆ¢s e-waste recycling services.
- - Explain the environmental and financial benefits of recycling electronic waste to customers.
- - Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their recycling requirements.
- - Schedule appointments for e-waste pickups or guide customers through the process of dropping off e-waste.
- - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- - Follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
- - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, customer acquisition, and appointments scheduled.
- - Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or outbound sales role is preferred.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships with customers.
- - Ability to work independently and handle rejection in a positive manner.
- - Basic knowledge of e-waste recycling or a willingness to learn about the industry.
- - Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
- - Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
