Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving after-sales issues for the company.
  • Actively promote customer satisfaction and coordinate with colleagues from other departments to handle order issues.
  • Optimize service processes, summarize encountered problems during service, and promptly provide feedback to superiors to propose optimization solutions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Meet personal and team targets for customer satisfaction, service quality, and productivity.
  • Accept other work arrangements from superiors.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Have some customer service experience, willing to work night shifts (night shifts are work-from-home with night shift allowances).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, meticulous, and possess a good learning spirit.
