Job Title: Hotel Operation Manager

We're excited to unveil a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of our dynamic team as a Hotel Operation Manager. In this crucial position, you'll play a central role in overseeing operational efficiency, enhancing guest experiences, and steering the overall financial prosperity of our esteemed hotel.

Job Location: Petaling Jaya/Kuala Lumpur/Johor Bharu/Malacca

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and experience, ensuring high-quality service delivery and prompt resolution of any guest concerns or issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor and manage hotel finances, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue optimization, to ensure profitability and financial success.
  • Develop and implement training programs for hotel staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, ensuring high standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures to uphold the hotel's reputation and meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies and resources are available to support hotel operations efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners as necessary to optimize hotel operations and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of success in overseeing operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
