Job Description:

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Develop and create original content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

• Produce engaging multimedia content, including photos, videos, GIFs, etc., that align with the brand’s tone and style.
• Write compelling and attractive captions and create relevant hashtags to improve content discoverability.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, likes, shares, and comments. Come out with the statistics for management review and action plans.
• Adjust content strategies based on data insights to optimize future posts and improve engagement.
• Work with internal and external designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing content.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and external agencies to boost content reach.

Prepare and come out with proposal paper for management review and approval, keep track and properly monitor & control the relevant documentations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Creative Multimedia/ Advertising/ Media/ Marketing/ Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years working experience in social media & digital marketing.
  • Experience in creative content writing
  • Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in BM and English.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or other design platforms
