Sales Manager

Job Description

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending costing, quotes and proposals.
• Preparing sales forecast and monthly sales report.
• Managing the sales process through system.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in daily meetings.
• Act as liaison between customers and finance/credit department to ensure orders are given proper credit approval and are released for shipment without delay.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with inter department.
• Other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Patience and ability to multi-tasks and work well under his/her own initiative.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
