About this opportunity:

Get ready to join Ericsson in the role of Debug Operations, where you'll have the chance to apply your expert skills and knowledge. The selected candidate will be integral to the coordination, management, and execution of both proactive and reactive maintenance activities. The role also involves the accurate and prompt implementation of change requests. This strategic role not only focuses on allocation, configuration, activation, and testing of specific resources or services but also ensures a harmonious collaboration with customer for perfect change implementation.

What you will do:

- To act as the key driver in continuous product improvement which work together with Product Engineer respectively.
- To prepare the troubleshoot guide for the product assigned as per target set.
- To prepare troubleshoot material and provide technical troubleshooting knowledge training to the troubleshooters.
- To make sure troubleshooting log list created and to review the log frequently for product improvement activity.
- To support the repair team on the critical failure units raised by repair team as per target date set.
- To provide support & repair products with difficult faults or new failure mode aside from product assigned.
- To support on New Projects Implementation (NPI) and Transfer Project Implementation (TPI) for the technical portion.
- To execute failure analysis on product and to submit failure analysis report for improvement.
- To submit weekly report to Repair Operation Manager & highlighted any work/issue progress.
- To ensure that the products repaired are of high-quality standard.
- To ensure that the TAT and the DP always met the target set by management.

The skills you bring:

- Possess a minimum of Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Certified in soldering work (Thru hole and SMD)
- Preferable with minimum three-year working experience in repair work of electronics printed circuit board assemblies.
- To ensures that team members participate and involve themselves in achieving team goals.
- To creates a climate that encourages and fosters collaboration and teamwork.
- Ability to work with difference parties to maintain a good communication with team members.
- Any other Competence required & stated in Competence Profile for JRD – HW Make Support
- Must be able to communicate and understanding in English in any business situation.
- Must be able to understand the organisation core value and follow company strategy.
- Ability to utilize the intranet to acquired knowledge of policies and directives.
- Knowledge in using the IS/IT facilities offered by Ericsson to improve knowledge. i.e. (WBL/MBL)
- Have the basic knowledge about relevant systems in transceiver switching, radio technology and their applications.
- Have a basic knowledge on broadband (3G) and their applications.
