Job Scope:
- Handle customer interactions (e.g. inbound calls).
- Educate customers about telco’s products and services.
Basic Salary:
RM2100 – RM2300
Rotational Shift
Working 5 days, 2 off day (rotational), earliest shift 7 am, last shift ended by 12 am
Working Location:
UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (near to LRT Subang Jaya)

Shift Allowance: RM 10 & RM 30 / shift (depends on shift)
KPI Allowance: Individual RM 100 monthly, Team performance RM 500 quarterly

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification SPM with Certificate / SKM Level 3 with experience
- Has a good communication skill.
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Fresh Graduate for Diploma and Degree are welcome
