Qualifications & experience

  • Proven working experience as a business development personnel or a relevant role. Experience in leading a team is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in multi language, like English & 华语 & Bahasa Melayu, dialect is a plus.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Knowledge in investment or analysis is a plus. Especially in ETF.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist to develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, inline and in-sync with the corporate objective
  • Assist to execute and deploy acquisition and growth strategies in-line and in-sync with the corporate objective
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Positive and go-getter attitude personality
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers professionally
  • Lead, present, negotiate and close deals
