HR Responsibilities:
- Manage and update staff attendance and leave forms.
- Arranging recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and arrange schedules for interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Update payroll records for employee and submit to management for review.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports in Malay and English language. Assist in marketing.
- Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management and IT support.
- Handle all HR & admin related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Working Location: Shah Alam, Seksyen 17.
