Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in general & project administrative work such as preparing meeting minutes, email, quotation and correspondence
- Assist in project tender
- Other ad hoc task from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
- Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience
- Competency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and is familiar with Adobe InDesign
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written interpersonal skill with all levels
- Good typing skill
- Organisational Skills in timelines
