  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A top key player in the robotics industry is looking for a Senior Customer Service Consultant (Sales)

Your new company

You will be working as a Senior Customer Service Consultant (Sales Engineer) for an established player in the robotics field.

Your new role

  • Provide technical guidance on the company's products, systems, and applications to both current and prospective clients.
  • Promote and sell the company's robots, used robots, spare parts, digital services, robotics solutions, product-related training, as well as explore opportunities for upgrades and service contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Department to identify key potential clients and increase order intake to meet the annual departmental budget.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Offer solutions and proposals for the repair and maintenance of the company's products.
  • Oversee and improve the company's e-commerce platform for parts sales.

What you'll need to succeed

  • The candidate should hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, or Welding) or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience is preferred, with a focus on service or sales engineering or robotics.
  • Strong experience in robotic applications or other automated systems is required.
  • Familiarity with PLC, JAVA programming, welding, and similar skills would be an advantage.
