We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team at Yolé. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. As a key player in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and achieves its sales and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and allocate shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales or drive more sales
  • Handle cash and ensure accurate cash management, including daily reconciliations
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage stocks better to minimize wastage
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and sales transactions
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior and / or management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher SPM/STPM/Pre-U, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in F&B or related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of stock control and cash handling procedures
