Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of accounts including account receivables, account payables, general ledgers (GL) closing, month end closing and preparation of monthly management reports.
- Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on daily operations.
- Assist in treasury function, ie. cash flow planning and trade finance facility.
- Assist in the preparation of the tax computation of the Group.
- Preparation of consolidation financial statements report of the Group on timely basis.
- In-charge of the Company Secretarial matters of the Group.
- Provide support to other ad-hoc group reporting and financial statement analysis reports.
- Able to be multi-tasking.
- Liaise with internal & external auditor, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management may from time to time direct.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- Professional certifications like MIA are preferred.
- Experience several years in listed companies, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills for financial data and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting reports and strategies.
- Proficiency in financial software (Excel, financial modelling software, ERP systems).
- High accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills for financial challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- Understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
- Wiling to work at Pulau Indah, Klang
