  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, controlling projects from pre-developments to post-development stage meeting the approved standard of quality and budgeted cost.

Essential Job Functions

  • Monitor and check all progress report submitted by contractors
  • Site monitoring of completed infrastructure works pending handover and under the defects liability period (DLP).
  • Implement the coordination of works between different consultants from pre-development to post-developments stage.
  • Implement the coordination of works between different contractors on site.
  • Attend to critical cases on site on legal, authority or third-party issues.
  • Prepare and coordinate site works for Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) inspection.
  • Prepare the project forecasting based on feasibility study and monitoring the progress of statutory submission and approval.
  • Attend site meetings and submit reports to Management regularly.
  • Carry out duties as assigned by Management.
  • To assist in ah-hoc assignments from time to time.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree, Architecture Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Property Development.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience on construction project site experience.
  • Possess good technical knowledge on all aspects of construction, consistent in job performance including hard working, alert, persistence follow-up action; able to interact well with all levels of staff and sub-contractors.
