• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles.
• Strong technical skills and experience with relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
