Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in hands on oversight on all property rentals within the group as well as the management of completed buildings or common areas under our care.
  • Assist in resolving operations issues including site management, problem resolution and emergency response.
  • Job description:

    • Manage all aspect of property rental within the group.
    • Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports. Monitor rent collections and handle any financial discrepancies.
    • Source and vet new tenants, set rental rates, negotiate lease agreements and resolve tenant issues to ensure satisfaction.
    • Oversee property maintenance and inspections, coordinating repairs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
    • Develop and execute new projects including renovations and improvements, ensuring timely and budget friendly completion.
    • Maintain accurate records of properties and tenants and provide leadership and supervision to the property management teams or external property management companies.

    Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any technical degree related to property development/management.
  • Candidates must possess at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, have good communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
