In an international pharmaceutical company that is looking for a strong HR business partner to help shape their organisational success. In this role, the company will need you to be adaptable and able to lead discussions while steering key projects. Establishing and managing HR processes will be essential in laying a strong foundation for the company's growth. With stakeholder management being a top priority in this industry, and the opportunities for strategic initiatives and collaborating with renowned names across the global pharmaceutical space.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 8 years' HRBP experience
• A strong understanding of manpower planning/ budgeting, performance review and vast experience in employee relations.
• Regional Exposure and Handling COEs are a plus
• A strong background in Payroll
• A clear understanding of HR culture and sourcing requirements.
• A need to be the point of contact for all related HR matters.
• Understanding of managing employees under your business portfolio.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), supervisory and public relations skills.
