  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ISR responsible for selling integrated systems solutions to customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, making effective sales pitches, and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. ISR will work closely with technical teams to ensure that the solutions offered meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Supports quotation/pricing request and managing priorities with multiple stakeholders in IT environment/products.
  • Actively working with others to achieve common goals.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and close deal effectively.
  • Basic understanding of integrated systems and technology solutions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inside sales role, preferably in the technology or systems integration industry.
