Job Requirements Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training. Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information. Maintain and update HR and recruitment records, including job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts. Coordinate HR-related activities and events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. Coordinate career fair. Job Requirements Preferable : Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin Minimum diploma in business studies/human resources/psychology or equivalents with 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
