SERVICE ADVISOR

1. To attend to customers and to provide technical information and sound advice and to identify customers’ needs and technical problems. 2. To issue job orders, check on progress of repair works, update of job control board and conduct final inspection prior to releasing the cars to the customers at the promised time. 3. To prepare estimation cost on repair works and allocated labor charges and to ensure correct parts charges for final billing and be responsible for prompt collection of cash payments from customers. 4. To promote other service and parts package / campaign so as to achieve set targets and to follow-up on spare parts back order. 5. To liaise with customers and sub-let contractors for sublet works, accident repairs and ensuring all charges are accounted for and charge out to customers accordingly and that the profit margin is attained.
