PURPOSE OF ROLE

The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering HR leadership and support to the HR team and the broader business in Australia, including national support as needed. The HR Administrator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and various daily administrative tasks.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1) Supporting the HR recruitment and on-boarding functions, including pre-employment administrative tasks and on-boarding and assisting with the coordination of our corporate inductions and training.

2) Ensure compliance with visa regulations and assist with visa-related queries and documentation.

3) Work with the HR Team to review and refine the recruitment systems and process with a view to improving efficiency.

4) Coordinate the administrative functions of our HR systems (e.g. ELMO, Elumina and others) including setting up employees, responding to queries and reporting.

5) Productivity Improvements – i.e., support of delivery of change and transformation programs/projects.

6) Ensuring employee records are kept up to date and filing all necessary documents across our HR systems.

7) Process variations to employment contracts, including amendments and updates based on changes in employment terms or legal requirements.

8) Successful delivery of agreed HR initiatives – projects managed to agreed timelines with achievement of key deliverables.

9) Assist with coordinating the training and support provided to our business stakeholder on HR related matters.

10) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with document management and filing procedures. Handle all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive data with the utmost care and security.

11) Support and manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.

12) Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you from time-to-time.

· Comply with all Malvern Pathology Labs and Australian Clinical Labs policies and procedures, which may be updated periodically.

· Access and adhere to policies available on the Australian Clinical Labs intranet, InfoTech HRMS, and other relevant platforms that will be updated from time to time.

· Gain and maintain knowledge of the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, Modern Award, Fair Work Commission, and Fair Work Ombudsman.

Job Competencies

2) Maintain compliance with Malvern Pathology Labs and Australian Clinical Labs Standard Operating Procedures, always ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

3) Provide support and guidance in regard to best practice HR management. Stay current with HR trends and legislative changes.

4) Well-developed written and oral communication skills in English.

5) IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Word and Excel etc. Ability to learn and use HR systems and software effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

· Minimum qualification: Diploma in Human Resources or Administration.

· At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

· Experience in handling Australian Human Resources Admin or Payroll functions is advantageous.

· Understanding of Australian Federal and State Workplace Laws and Regulations (e.g., Employment Law, Human Rights Law, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Workplace Gender Equality Act, National Employment Standards) is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
