Project Coordinator

Requirement: 1. Self-motivated with good team player work ethic. 2. Demonstrates extensive knowledge in Gaming Production and Art Production Pipeline to cater to team needs effectively. 3. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Management Methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks. 4. Excellent communication, risk assessment and problem solving skills. 5. Fluent in English and Ukrainian language, skilled in effectively communicating and engaging with international clients from all around the world; especially Ukraine. 6. Proficient in utilizing the Perforce revision control system for meticulous file tracking and monitoring. 7. Well-versed in utilizing progress tracking systems and communication tools such as MS Office, Spreadsheet, Shotgrid, JIRA, Trello, Click Up, Notion, and SyncSketch. 8. Adept in leveraging G Suite - Google Workspace for efficient collaboration and productivity. 9. Exhibits outstanding social skills, confidently representing the team during client interactions and events. 10. Ability to bring value, influence and insight to create positive impact and drive business growth. Responsibilities: 1. Understand the project scope correctly and reflect in the planning of the schedule. 2. Check the production regularly and provide solutions to deliver the best product on time. 3. Record the process with good details in a neat format. 4. Analyse the record to identify the project / team’s strength, style, tendencies, and improvements. 5. Identify the risks and issues that may tie in with any suggestions or decisions, highlight them to the right people at a timely manner. 6. Be an accountable support for the teammates with clear and respectful communication. 7. Be an excellent partner with international counterparts to develop and maintain the trust.
