Description

Provide technical support for the resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests,and queries.

· Ability to read, write, and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English as part of the job requirement.

· Liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues on time and follow up with 3rd party software vendors and customers on end-toend coordination.

· Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-upof all incidents and SLA met.

· Primary responsibilities are focused on customer inquiries and require face-to-face meetings or calls to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving workplace-related issues.
