Store manager / Assistant manager (Jewellery)

Description

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and communicate target to sales team; through ensuring that the various sales KPI (average transactional value, average number of transactions, total annualised production etc) are met.
• Act as an Ambassador both inside and outside the store, delivering the highest level of service to customers.
• professionally Train and develop your team to have exceptional people skills to build long term client relationships, product knowledge & professional sales skills
• Professionally handle customer service and client issues, implementing an effective data capture and follow-up system.
• Conduct regular checks with the team during daily briefings.
• Delegate operational activities, establish clear responsibilities, and implement commercial actions.
• Ensure full implementation of the store checklist, including merchandising and catering
• Organise CRM activities and manage events to enhance market presence.
• Control store expenses, ensure accurate daily traffic counting, and maintain the store appropriately.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase staff loyalty, satisfaction and team spirit through rewards, recognition, training and coaching, ultimately ensuring that store turnover rate is low.
• Plan work/leave schedule and arrange organized work flow

Requirement

• At least 3 years of working experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of Diamond products and the ability to represent the brand effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and non-conventional working hours
