Job Description:
- Responsible to arrange, coordinate and keep track on any meetings and business appointments with clients/guest/visitors which might include preparing refreshments and drinks for the guest.
- Plan and maintain work calendar and ensure it is accurate and updated.
- Working with the secretarial team, providing support to one another when necessary.
- Perform general admin duties but not limited to photocopying, binding and storing all company documents.
- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
- Collecting and distributing all incoming post and deliveries.
- Managing and booking all outgoing post and couriers.
- Supporting the PA with admin task and document overflow.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent); additional certification in Office Management or Secretarial is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
- Must posses good written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be willing to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays.
