In the Sales Coordinator role, you'll explore new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers. As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll play a key role in the Sales team, understanding customer needs and qualifying leads.

You don’t need to be an expert in our industry—we’ll help you learn. The work is fast-paced and challenging, so we’re looking for someone curious, driven, and eager to improve.

What you will need to do:

• Respond to new sales inquiries via chat and phone to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Engage customers to deliver personalized solutions based on their business operations.
• Address objections from potential clients and manage them effectively.
• Use CRM tools like Salesforce and Aircall to handle call tasks efficiently.
• Manage a high volume of leads and ensure continuous engagement.
• Be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up quality meetings.
• Work 5 days a week on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

What you will need to have:

• Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, with experience in handling SaaS solutions.
• Strong active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
• A proactive, coachable mindset, with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
