Key Responsibilities :

1. Leasing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies for existing and upcoming projects.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and contribute to budget forecasts.
  • Execute leasing operations to enhance and maintain retail space occupancy rates.

2. Advertising and Marketing:

  • Collaborate on advertising activities, liaising with tenants on resources and materials.
  • Identify prospective tenants and handle inquiries.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing queries and managing complaints.

3. Tenant Acquisition and Relations:

  • Identify prospective tenants and handle inquiries.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing queries and managing complaints.

4. Lease Management and Database Maintenance:

  • Prepare, manage, and renew lease agreements, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain tenant databases and oversee leasing documentation.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research on competitor rates and monitor tenant activities.

6. Budget Oversight:

  • Execute leasing activities within budget constraints.
  • Monitor rental collections and plan activities according to agreed budgets.

7. Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming mails, address tenant complaints, and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Manage, organize, and update reports related to tenancy agreements and rental.
  • Manage marketing database and events calendar

8. Collaborations

  • Develop highly successful partnerships that deliver against defined goals of driving new customers

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in relevant mall leasing or marketing fields.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, communicative, and client-oriented.
  • Knowledge of promotional space and activities.
  • Positive attitude and able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Driven and ambitious character.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
  • Responsible and diligent.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
