General Duties :

To be fully responsible and in charge of all maintenance and electrical fitting/ appliances at the resort and ensure smooth operations and performance.
To cooperate and provide full support assistance to the Technicians and other co-workers in the department in all areas of work.
To diligently carry out all maintenance assignments immediately.
To be responsible for the smooth operation and performance of all filtration system at the golf resort.

Specific Duties :

To supervise all work pertaining to the installation and wiring at the golf resort.
To carry out periodic checks on every electrical installation and wiring at the golf resort.
To carry out routine walk arounds at the golf resort and to make good or repair any appliance, instrument or any defects in any area including the attractions which needs rectification work immediately.
To periodically check all firefighting and control appliances at the golf resort and to ensure that they are in good operating conditions.
To ensure that the water quality parameters are always within the prescribe range.
To maintain cleanliness/ tidiness on all areas especially maintaining the workshop after each maintenance work has been carried out.
To establish and maintain a fault reporting system at the golf resort.
To ensure that all staff carry out the individual responsibilities efficiently for the department.
To be responsible for the issuance and return of all tools, equipment and stock all the items to the maintenance store.
To be responsible for the efficient upkeep and maintenance of all furniture, filling and equipment in the park.
To provide the necessary training and guidance to the staff of the maintenance department so that they are capable of carrying out their task efficiently.
To ensure that proper records, schedules reports of maintenance department are well keep issued to the Maintenance Manager if required any time.
Maintaining the genset, to advise on half-yearly servicing or yearly renewal of the genset license to Administration dept.
To accompany electrical consultant inspection on weekly basis and advise the Management on the recommendation for improvement from them.

Requirements :

Certification as Chargeman A4 from a recognized institution.
At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical facilities, machines, and equipment.
Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance, minimizing power interruptions, and repairing electrical systems

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
