Job descriptions

• To develop and execute concept with the Board of Directors from time to time.
• To monitor and improve on :-
  • Merchandising
  • Advertising & Marketing
  • Operations
  • Finance
• To monitor and improve on POS and inventory system for store and F&B outlet.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, specialty products, increase profitability and cashflow.
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and ensuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals.
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships and products.
• To provide a yearly budget to the Board of Directors and Exco.
• To provide monthly accounts and reporting.
• Attendance at Exco to brief on performance and strategies updates.
• Perform and execute any other duties assigned by Senior Management / Director / Exco.
