HR Duties:

  • Oversee recruitment, manage Payroll and HR administration system, leaves, staff benefits, KPIs, yearly performance appraisal and HR development.
  • Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs and workflow to support company business objectives and compliance with law and regulatory requirements.
  • To handle HR related legal and disciplinary matters including staff counselling in compliance with local Labour Law.
  • Other Account and administration duties as assigned by the superior / management from time to time.

Accounts Duties:

  • Assist superior on management and financial accounts, statutory and group reporting, development of business plans, budget and costing.
  • Manage and maintain users access levels on MS-Teams, ERP system, other E-commerce and WMS system integration and backup system.
  • Assist to maintain accounting setup and report templates.
  • Assist and monitor for month-end, year-closing, audit schedules, taxation, stock control, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Human Resource or Professional of MIA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
  • 5 years of HR Admin and Accounting Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP and HR system.
  • Ability to connect, understand people at all levels and good in problem solving.
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
  • Well versed with Malaysia Labour Law and good working knowledge of HR practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,321.89 - RM7,386.05 per month
