ASSISTANT CIVIL ENGINEER

a. To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in overall site works.
b. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
c. To study shop and construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
d. To ensure that all works carried out on projects are handled in accordance with the related work instructions and project requirements.
e. To provide guidance and work instructions to Supervisor or Sub-Contractor in daily activities.
f. To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time.
g. To coordinate with the purchasing department in acquisition of materials required for project use.
h. To carry out resources planning for the project.
i. To attend Site Meeting and to handle all complaints from customers.
j. To liaise with customer in preparation and submission of proposals, quotations or tenders and coordinate with sub-contractors.
k. To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectification works, if any.
l. To perform any other duties set by the company policy, management or direct superior, which does not included in the above-mentioned descriptions.

This landmark union had begun the progression towards a private limited company that we are today, operating from roughly 550 qualified staff and workers across 5 core sectors – building construction, renovation, drainage & sewage systems, road paving, civil engineering.

The accumulation of experience and growth of business had steadily drive the company towards a new stage through cutting out all the middleman and began to work directly with the client – as main contractor. This move accelerated the development of company which gain greater recognition and marketing.
