Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Support who is passionate about the environmental industry and eager to provide exceptional support to our key accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Key Accounts: Provide technical sales support to all key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify Potential Customers: Target industry market segments such as dust filtration, water treatment, and chemical process industries to expand our customer base.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer expectations and fulfill orders and requirements efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to achieve common goals and support sales activities.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the company's objectives and contribute to business growth.

  • Product Mastery: Quickly attain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, operations, and culture.
  • Effective Sales Activities: Implement sales and marketing strategies that are effective and in line with company goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; regional sales exposure in related industries (dust collectors, water treatment, chemical industry, F&B) is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong chemical knowledge, sales skills, and a "go-getter" personality.
  • Background: Manufacturing or engineering experience is preferred; distributor channel management experience is an advantage.
