Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all development activities meet the legal and regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Coordinate and secure necessary permits, approvals, and licenses from government authorities for development projects.
  • Establish strong working relationships with various governmental agencies, councils, and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and external authorities to resolve any compliance issues, provide updates, and ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in securing permits and approvals for large-scale property development projects.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate laws, planning regulations, and government processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex approval processes.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proactive and resourceful in dealing with regulatory bodies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Ability to travel as required for meetings with regulatory authorities.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
