1. Visit Client (under account) on weekly/bi-weekly and organize monthly / quarterly meeting with client.

2. To prepare minutes and e-mail it out within 48 hours.

3. Respond all complaints within time line required.

4. To be one contact point for client to escalate complaints/issues.

5. To prepare reports required by client before meeting and doing presentation on the operation performance.

6. To follow up and update client on any operational issues highlighted / unsolved maters (Organized internal meeting between respective Department / Operational team to solve the issue).

7. To update reports visitation once a week in Client Management Folder.

8. To ensure no repeated issue highlighted by client and if any, super micro on the issue.

9. Tracking complaints, resolve and get customer responds and feedback.

10. To render assistance if needed/Any Add hoc required.
