Job Responsibilities:

• Independently develop monthly operation plans for DREAME HK independent sites, plan operation activities, and coordinate communication;
• Combine the official website style and brand tone, work with designers to complete page design, publish and maintain the activity page on the site on time to ensure accuracy;
• Layer different customer groups, formulate personalized content, and reach users through marketing emails, app push, etc.;
• Monitor and analyze activity data from different channels, data-oriented, continuously optimize activity effects, and improve core data indicators
• Follow up the latest trends in the covered markets, conduct regular category analysis (including but not limited to market/competitor/crowd analysis, etc.), and identify new market demands and consumption trends;
• Innovate multi-form operation activities, implement testing and follow-up effects.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, no limit on major, e-commerce, marketing and other related majors are preferred;
• English and Cantonese can be used as a working language;
• Understand e-commerce operation indicators and have good analytical skills for industry data and operation data;
• Have good communication and coordination skills, high professionalism and cooperation spirit;
• Work carefully and methodically, with strong innovation, learning and execution capabilities, as well as resource integration capabilities.
