Responsibilities:
- Assist in carry out pre contract and post contract.
- Liasion with Consultants on all contractual matters, progress claim, site valuation, Variation Orders, final certificate.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow projection and budget cost for projects.
- Liaison with sub-contractors & suppliers to obtain information and quotation. Evaluate supplier / subcontractor's quotation and prepare cost analysis.
- Prepare payment certificates and finalize final accounts of projects.
- Liaison and coordinate with site personnel on contractual matters.
- To carry out any other ad-hoc task assigned by management from time to time
- To liaise with procurement departments for clarification and further information; i.e. information on materials pricing and commercial terms.
- Taking off quantities.
