Job Responsibilities:
- To continuously review high value items and work with vendors on cost reduction programs on a quarterly basis.
- To ensure that all Purchase Orders raised are issued to vendors on time.
- To expedite from vendors on parts delivery.
- To review with vendors on parts quality issues and ensures that corrective & preventive actions are taken by vendors.
- To ensure that in-house Store has sufficient stocks to cover for Sales requirement.
- To achieve high level of accuracy in documentation-esp in pricing and quantity stated in PO raised to vendors.
- Constant and close follow up on required for sales orders and production requirements.
- To review all “slow-moving or no-move items” in the Store and work with vendors on how to clear these potential obsolete items.
- To establish a good working relationship with vendors to ensure their strong support required to meet the company’s demand changes.
- Generate required reports for Management review.
- To tally the invoice value against purchased value.
Job Requirement:
- Minima SPM holder with 2-3 years experience.
- Diploma/ Degree in any Logistic/Engineering.
- Fresh graduate with internship experience in Purchasing Department.
- Possesses good planning, organizing, controlling skills.
- Willing to work at Ulu Tiram, Johor
