Job Description:
• Manage and oversee daily finance operations, effectively communicating any issues or opportunities to the management team.
• Develop and implement financial management systems, accounting procedures, and controls.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support annual audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with management, analyzing performance, variances, budget adherence, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, ensuring timely completion and submission.
• Provide expert financial insights and recommendations for new business ventures and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive business development and improve process efficiency.
• Utilize financial systems effectively, proposing enhancements or integrations as necessary.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and assignments as directed by the management team.

Basic Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a finance management role.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, and fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
