  • Stay updated on local, national, and international regulations related to payment processing industry, ensure that products and services adhere to all relevant compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in credit card terminal technology and industry regulations.
  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with business vendors to explore new business development opportunities, ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and product improvement.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the payment processing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit card terminals and payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of analyzing sales data, market trends, and operational performance to make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Meticulous in handling sales contracts, operational documentation, and financial records.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
