JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage facility operation, preventive maintenance, building maintenance and customers interfacing
- Response to all ITP/ITS related issue
- Response to breakdowns, complaints and defects
- Ensuring tracking of equipment performance, trend and analysis
- Manage daily equipment logging checklist reviewing
- Conduct building's safety and defect inspection
- Attend to unscheduled projects
- Vendor management
- To work closely with client and vendors to enhance safe, smooth and reliable facilities operation
- To check all abnormalities happening in the facility system and its feedback system effectiveness to avoid recurrence
- To instill quality thinking into all facility personnel and promote cleanliness, safety and accident anticipation
- To formulate and constantly improve the efficiency and reliability of facility systems
- Evaluate and recommendation of services enhancement
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED
- Degree in engineering
- Tough yet pleasant, high initiative, independent and possess leadership qualities
- Should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Command good working relationship internally and externally
