  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Provide in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.

2. Budgeting and Business Forecasting

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

- Monitor the variances between actual results and budget, analyse reasons for deviations and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. Internal and External Risk Management

- Manage and monitor abnormal data to ensure action is taken timely to minimize losses.

- Formulate and implement control and management strategies.

4. Internal Control and Compliance

- Ensure that the Company's financial operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and internal control requirements.

- Review and update financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

5. Improvement Process

- Evaluate and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Adopt automation and technology tools to optimize financial operations.

6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

- Work closely with other departments to provide financial advice to support business decisions.

- Support the financial needs of business units to ensure the financial viability of projects and programmes.

7. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

1、Has a professional college/ degree background in finance or accounting.

2、Has more than 2 years of experience in professional practice and management related field.

3、Familiar with the process and managing of accounting statements, accounting regulations and has experience in using finance software.

4、Be able to skillfully use the Excel table and the use of various types of functions.

5、Has good learning ability, the ability to work independently under pressure and minimal supervision and the ability to complete financial analysis.

6、Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, team spirit

  • Salary: (RM6000 - RM7500)
  • fixed allowance, Mobile allowance, and others (MYR1150/month)
  • Work hour 9am-7pm (lunch break 2hrs) Monday-Saturday（alternate Saturday, cover morning/afternoon shifts if needed)
